Make room for a different kind of present

Turn time off into something they made.

There is no workshop date to book and no previous watchmaking experience required. The recipient can begin at home when the celebrations settle down.

This is a focused, delicate project rather than a quick party game. Most first-time builders allow around two to three hours, with no need to rush.

  1. Unwrap the experience

Their selected watch components, assembly tools and video guidance are brought together.

  2. Enjoy a careful first build

The NH35 arrives assembled; they fit the dial and hands, case the movement and finish the watch.

  3. Wear it into the new year

A working automatic watch, with a memory that lasts longer than the wrapping.

Plan the gift before the rush

Choose thoughtfully. Leave time for delivery.

Christmas brings a fixed date; watchmaking does not need one. Choose the gift early, arrange a reliable delivery address and leave the build for a day the recipient can enjoy.

  1. Choose the model and dial

Start with their style, available options and the complete price shown for your destination.

  2. Check shipping before ordering

Dispatch and transit are separate. Review the current product lead time and shipping information.

  3. Keep the build unhurried

The experience can be enjoyed after the holiday. The recipient can contact Horologic directly for support.

Ask us about the gift →
Can you guarantee it arrives before Christmas?

Christmas arrival depends on the destination and when you order. Check current product lead times and shipping information, and contact Horologic before buying for a fixed deadline. Allow extra time for transit and customs where applicable.

Is dispatch the same as delivery?

No. Dispatch is when the parcel leaves Horologic. Delivery time is additional and varies by destination. Review the Shipping Policy and the information shown at checkout.

Does the recipient have to build it on Christmas Day?

No. There is no class appointment or scheduled build date. They can use the online guide and start once they have a clean, well-lit workspace and time to concentrate.

Are gift wrapping, gift cards or extended holiday returns included?

The complete watchmaking experience comes in its Horologic presentation box. Additional gift wrapping, a gift-card service and extended holiday returns are not included as standard; the current purchase and return terms are shown in the store policies.

What arrives assembled, and what do they build?

The NH35 automatic movement arrives fully assembled and the crown stem is pre-cut. They fit the dial and hands, case the movement, fit the crown and stem, close the case and attach the included strap or bracelet.

Watch components, assembly tools and step-by-step video guidance are included. They only need a clean, well-lit workspace.

What if something goes wrong during the build?

Personal build support is available directly from Horologic. Replacement components for accidental assembly damage can be purchased separately.

Our paid fixed-price completion and repair service can take over an existing Horologic build, with necessary replacement watch components included. For a possible manufacturing defect, contact us before paying. Explore Horologic Care.

Can you send the gift internationally?

Yes. Orders are prepared in Switzerland and shipped internationally with tracking. Available destinations, shipping costs and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Destination import-charge arrangements are explained in the Shipping Policy.

Is the watch Swiss-made?

No. Horologic chooses beginner-friendly components from specialist international suppliers, including the NH35 automatic movement. Each experience is checked, prepared and packed in St-Prex, Switzerland; the recipient assembles the finished watch.
