Watch Completion Service — Existing Horologic Builds

Unable to complete your Horologic watch build? Send the unfinished build back to us in Switzerland and we will complete the assembly for you.

The CHF 100 service includes:

• Inspection of the unfinished build
• Installation or correction of the dial and hands where possible
• Casing the movement
• Fitting the crown
• Final assembly
• A basic functional check
• Cleaning before return

The customer is responsible for sending the build to Horologic in Switzerland. Return shipping is calculated separately.

Replacement components are not included in the service price. If a damaged component needs to be replaced, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.

This service is available only for existing Horologic orders. It is not a general watch repair service and is not intended as an option for ordering a new Horologic watch pre-assembled.

After purchasing the service, please wait for the return instructions and service reference before sending your build.

Please send the unfinished watch, movement, dial, hands, case, crown and all remaining watch components. Do not send the tools or presentation box unless Horologic specifically asks you to do so.
