Beautiful watch, but received broken pieces

I gifted this to my watch-loving husband for Christmas and he really enjoyed building it! After only 2 days of wear, he said it felt loose and took a closer look at the clasp. This is not a part he built, but was sent with a sheered off piece that was barely holding it together. I’m hoping there is a way to order new parts because now the watch is unwearable and he is very disappointed. Other than that part, he was very happy with the watch and the building experience!
