Brushed Pilot Watchmaking Kit

This was my first watch build and I had a good time. I probably will build more in the future. I am still fiddling with the stainless band and kind of wish I had gotten the NATO fabric band instead. The instructions were good enough to get the job done. I made some little mistakes that can be chalked up to inexperience. All in all a good product and a fun afternoon project.

I bought this as a gift and it was very gratefully received. The kit had everything needed and a link to clear instructions.
I had some difficulty with Royal Mail/import tax (admittedly some of this confusion could have been my own inexperience with import tax), but the company were so helpful in tracking the order and providing me with updates.
I would definitely order from Horologic again and would recommend as a gift to any other watch enthusiasts.

I am new to watch building, and this was the perfect beginner introduction.
